Lisa and Matthew were my first ever Chicago clients. Our connection happened by some crazy misunderstanding in which they were referred by a friend to an entirely different photographer also named Erin Harris, but somehow landed on my web site. I have always believed that things happen for a reason and while recently my faith has been tested in ways I never imagined it would be, I still firmly believe that somehow it was fate that brought us together. I have photographed this lovely family at least half a a dozen times since Matthew Jr. was born and developed a deep connection with them that they may not even be aware of.  I always look forward to seeing them and this fall was no different. Lisa and Matthew, thank you for your loyalty, your support, your patience and your friendship. I just plain adore your family. XO
